Love him or loathe him TP has somthing about him as a manager but he does seem to come up with these theories on players who 90% of supporters see are gash. Reports suggest he wants Wright till the end of the season and possibly to buy him. HE HAS BEEN THE POOREST PLAYERS FOR US THIS YEAR !! Added to that he is injury prone, on Prem wages and we have 3/4 other players who can play there why would we want him ???? My worry is that TP has to keep Delap in the team for his throw ins alone and that if Wright is here he will retain his midfield birth - he simply is not good enough there and if TP wants him in the team it has to be at right back unfortunatley.

Completely agree George.
Delap could drop back to rb* when we get our two astonishingly attacking midfielder / wingers in, in Jan ( ;D ) and Wright, well, he can go back to uncle Roy for me. No bother.
Either that or TP really can spot something that no-one else can see.
* and only then because of his astonishingly long throws.

Wright's definitely the weakest new player this year on the evidence so far.

I think everybody would rather us play Wilko, who to be fair is also a bit injury prone, but with Delap and De Laet we have the cover.
