I know this was started last year due to Ashley Cole being a prick to Mike Riley(?) well i was wondering if they are found quilty of not being respectful now what are the conseqences? Is it just a 2-3 game ban and a fine?
Am just wondering becuase ive got what i believe to be a good idea to get the respect for officials back. Introduce proper bans such as what they do in Rugby look at that player whos just got banned for 9weeks from all forms of rugby(for playing while already serving a 14 week ban for gouging a players yes) im sure if the Fa were to introduce something like this then after the first couple have done it then players would sit up and take notice as clubs would serverly fine players, and am sure players wouldnt want be out of the game for such a long time.
Thoughts?

I don't think there is any excuse for the amount of bile referees incur from the badge kissing greedy wankbags, however if the Referees association and the FA got some sort of semblance of unbiased and level playing field for their decisions maybe , just maybe they would not get the abuse they do. I don't remember anyone fucking with Collina on a regular basis, and that is because he was respected. Mike Riley is an awful ref among with many others that make decisions in the top flight.

True RAF. You don't see Alan Wiley or Howard Webb getting shit from players on a regular basis, so why should the likes of Styles, Bennett and Riley continually get it?
Respect is earned and the way those three strut around it's not difficult to see why they don't get any.
