Thought i's stick it on here before ebay. Tomtom one classic £50 no offers!blogs.totalpda.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/tomtom-one.jpgJust brought a sony as you can tell it you're in a truck which avoids you going down country lanes. Had it for a couple of years & have to admit the tomtom range are the best by a long way. Just needed another for work. Anyone interested give me a pm.

I saw one of the trucker versions. It even displayed the best places to dump bodies rolled up in carpets.

If you had carried on using your Tom Tom instead of that Sony crap you wouldn't have crashed. ;D

But beware the internal battery scam with TomTom. Had mine since first came out about 4 years ago and suddenly kept on switching off. Apparently internal battery needed replacing but TomTom do not do this but offer you a discount on an upgrade (£50). Went online and bought a replacement battery for £16, inc p&p plus tools to do the job. They even have a video online to take you through the steps. Did it in 30 minutes and now no problems. There must be 100,000's of these TomToms coming to the end of their battery life and most will be consigned to land-fill no doubt.
