last year december 16th was the last match that our dear departed friend Brendan(janne), the swedish stokie legend attended his last match at Colchester, a few weeks later we were informed of his death. for those of you that knew him raise your glass wherever you are in his memory.  |

My mate whom I go down to the match with was just telling me on the way to the Watford match about him at the Colchester match where he sat outside in the sun as he was not allowed in due to a few to many scoops  |

i know, we were not aware of that until we got back in the pub afterwards, we thought he had gone to stand with some of his mates behind the goal, strange really because i have to admit i have no idea how i got into the match as i was steaming, i must be a better actor!
the memory of him leading a rendition of delilah in the drury arms before the game will live long in my memory.
