Just incase some of you don't know, if you are viewing this forum at work and are worried about the explicit Avatars, they can be turned off in your profile!
Go to ->Profile ->Modify Profile ->Account Prefrences -> Turn Off Show Avatars (and maybe show images if you want )

Why dont admin disable them completely and then it will get the 9-5 crew back
To disable completely:
Admin -> General Settings -> Disable Avatars

Or just disable it yourself as shown. the avatars are good.

There is still a problem if you pop onto the board for a quick browse the Avatars will show unless you log in - including for non members ie kids
It should be the other way round - no avatars unless you log in

TWM, I think the problem was with people's security settings, at work and at home, not allowing them to access the forum. I would imagine that they therefore would not be able to access the forum unless they log in, when they log in the avatars will be gone.

really you have a parental control thing stopping you from reading the site.

really you have a parental control thing stopping you from reading the site. the problem for some isnt a parental control thing, its the problem that as soon as a site is loaded into cache at work the IT Admin can store a copy of everything you look at, even inadvertantly, so whilst browing a football website for news on your team is acceptable during a lunch break, having naked women in the cache could be used against them for disiplinary reasons...
