How does your manger knowledge of other countries, go up? done quite a few scout missions aswell.

Having foreign coaches or scouts helps considerably and increases the number of players available/interested when you go on search. You could also give yourself dual nationality when you set up and that also increases the number of players (from your other nation ) who are interested in joining your club. However this is also division dependent. You are unlikely to get foreign coaches etc joining lower league clubs.
