I'm not sure sidders but I'm not holding out much hope for a decent fee to be honest. They don't take his current form into account and can rightly say he didn't play a great deal for us so if we get £100k I think it's probably about right. Fair play to Scunthorpe, they took a chance on a lad with very little experience and its paid off for them.

I would think they will look to get back £250,000 for him really as they reckon thats the cost of bringing a player through the ranks? However from other times we have been to these tribunals then I would say £100k sounds about right.

Fees are a bit odd at the minute all throughout football. £250k is more reasonable given his development at Stoke but when you consider how much we paid for Higginbotham and Fuller perhaps it looks to much??

Unproven youngsters in this division tend to go for low fees but with quite a few sell-ons...........just in case!

I dont think the outcome will have a bearing on the warchest. I believe that money is set and will not budge. Pulis I would imagine has that money spent already on players he wishes to come in. The cup match funds I think already have been stated as going into the running costs of the club. So I think if they get 250k they will very happy less they will I imagine be a bit miffed.

No I agree it won't have a bearing, the club will not have budgeted for a decent fee I imagine. We rarely have much joy at tribunals
