Are there any?
Closest I can think of is the Rigger and that's more heavy metal than anything else.

Old Brown is your best bet, but its a bit away from the centre. Plus, Sangams is the best balti house in the world! LOVE IT!

The Bulls Head used to a bit at night. The Moon is also a good night out but gets rammed so get there early as they are usually 10 deep at the bar by midnight. The jig tends to be more Jazz type music on a Sunday and various things during the week but they do an Indie night I think as Nigel was sorting it out.
Get thee sen down the Jug beer garden instead when the Djs are on down there. Great atmosphere and a good night on a Saturday.
