With the help of a good friend, I've somehow got on to this board but am not at all sure that I understand it! Certainly it looks busy - not in content but irritatingly in lay-out - and I can't wait to have the old one, or something remotely like it, back.
The most frustrating thing is that there is much to talk about, with so many important matches coming up and maybe a player or two in, soon, with that little bit of quality.
At least my non-Stokie friends, after watching at the week-end and reading today's pannings in the newspapers, can now make sense of my comments, instead of asking how come we're so high, my having told them that we have the worst midfield in the division, a chronic main-scorer problem, with no-one on more than six goals and a re-built defence still not anywhere near complete. Hopefully, The Guardian report is published elsewhere, as it is spot-on, from a neutral. Pugh was miles ahead, in urgency and commitment, v Watford, great credit to him.
As I said three weeks ago, promotion is there for the taking, in this very poor - or, if you're a manager, 'competitive' - division. We must go for it and I fancy us at Blackpool, where'll I'll be cheering them on.
Cheerio boys and girls.

I'd say you are lucky to be on as well.
My old man nearly ran you over as you twatted about on the south car park.

We are limited Monica, of that there is no doubt, but somehow we keep eeking out these results.
We should have won yesterday, and whilst I agree that Pugh had a good game, I thought that Fuller and Cort were our outstanding players (albeit Rikki missed those chances). I also thought that Delap had a better game yesterday

Hooray for Monica. I can hear Verdi's "arrival of the Queen of Sheba" playing on the radio - very apt! ;D
