Brilliant as Bradley Hardacre in Brass. RIP Timothy Probably my most enduring memory of him. But was versatile enough to cover everything from King Lear to EastEnders. RIP Timothy.

RIP Timothy. Friend of this particular narrow gauge railway, he and Prunella paid many visits, happily chatting with everyone. Very knowledgeable on all the steam stuff.

First remember the great Timothy West playing the lead role in Edward VII on ATV in 1975.
Annette Crosby played his mother, Queen Victoria. They are both the same age!

Anyone who watched that beautiful TV series with Timothy taking care of his wife of 60 years Prunella Scales who was developing dementia.
Who would have guessed Prunella Scales would out live him?
Painfully sad.

First remember the great Timothy West playing the lead role in Edward VII on ATV in 1975. Annette Crosby played his mother, Queen Victoria. They are both the same age! I remember him playing a minor role in the original Day of the Jackal in 1973, one of my all time favourite films, if for no other reason than it was highly unusual in having no background music which I find highly annoying. Although his role was minor, he managed to steal the scenes he was present in. m.imdb.com/title/tt0069947/fullcredits/cast
