The irony is we could throw the chequebook at really credible, competent, proven people to run the club.
Instead we’re scratching round with Jon Walters and his non-existent CV.

I’ve heard “we’ll be playing vale next season” in September for last 5 years. At least it’s a month later this season. |

This board doesn’t have enough of them…… And they'll keep getting threads until they halt almost 8 consecutive years of mismanagement which will see us playing Vale next season. We’ve been playing Vale for the last 5 seasons, a couple of times we were even going to be the league below them if I recall……. |

Whichever way you look at it the one constant in the last 8 years of failure is John Coates. It is quite clear that he has absolutely no idea how to run a football club and while he is at the helm we are in for continued disappointment. There is no more to say.

So she not only would employ Walters, she already has. |

Can’t criticise John people!
We get free coach away travel.
A lot of money from them.
Getting a new training ground building.
And we’re gonna have a cracking team in League 1 team next season.

His CV is on par with Rachel Reeves Hardly. Reeves has roles at the Bank of England and more than a decade as an MP and Shadow Minister under her belt. Walters did a few weeks at Fleetwood. |

Interesting how the prospect of playing against the Vale is the ultimate boogeyman to scare the fans.
When I was a kid, it was “Don’t speak to strangers, they will kidnap you and lock you up in a box in their loft for 2 weeks”
Now it’s “If this carries on we’ll be playing the Vale next year”
I’ll level with you, I’m fucking terrified.
