Not sure if already posted as I've searched and nothing popped up. I heard last night that we were looking at him, as he's been looking a good right back at Wrexham this season, they bought him from Solihull for £50k.

If he is decent, I cant image why Wrexham would let him go, or why he would join us as long as they have the chance at promotion with them!

We might be looking at him. But why leave a club on a upward trajectory and join one that is at its level for the season...

Presumably he'd fancy a pay rise

Heard this for a Wrexham fan at work yesterday. No idea if he's any good. (Barnett, not the guy at work).

Saw him play at Hanley Town during pre-season and he was the standout Wrexham player.

Why would a man playing for a club on an upward path, swap that for a move to a club barely treading water?.

Why would a man playing for a club on an upward path, swap that for a move to a club barely treading water?. Because they would pay him more money. It is a no brainer.

I honestly think Wilmot has been a surprise at fullback so I wouldn't pay millions of pounds for a player who is marginally better! Must admit I've hardly seen the player mentioned on this thread play though! Still I think we might need to spend our money on another striker if Sheffield come in for Cannon.

He’d be mad to leave there for here.

He’d be mad to leave there for here. He’d be mad to potentially triple his wage?

Apart from when he's up against a wide player that knows what they're doing 😅
