On a tangent... I wonder what the first ever 'created' band name was and when that was. I guess there's been names like The Halle Orchestra, The Trevor Coxon trio, or The Billy Cotton Big band and the like forever but who was it who first decided to call their band Mouldy Potato? That reminds me, Lieutenant Pigeon. Cracking band mind😉

What's that one about a gazelle or an antelope or something.. it's like a jumpy savannah prey animal made even more timid by some pretentious soft qualifying adjective like faint or ironic or something
Ironic Antelope? Deft Gazelle? Shy Giraffe
....sure it'll come to me. It's wank whatever it is, the three I've come up with are almost certainly better

Pussy Riot
Kittens don't tend to hunt in packs so the idea of a riot is quite absurd.
What would they feel the need to riot about anyway? The price of Dreamies?

We’ve Got A Fuzzbox And We’re Gonna Use It but you would though, at least 50% of them all 16 or 17 when they hit the indie charts in 1986 Completely innocent, happy, natural girls from Brum, hairspray, giggling on childrens TV Ruined (to a certain extent) when they became manufactured late 1980s but were still the business Vix, Mags, big hair, big boots, lace fingerless gloves ooooooooooh

Some atrociously named bands over the years. I've just spotted one on my Ticketmaster (spit) newsletter, Parkway Drive - like a 1950s cigarette brand. Anymore you can name? Obviously none of them supported World of Twist. Parkway Drive headlined our honeymoon festival. We were in this 😂 There was also "Annisokay", which I think sounds silly. The other bands of that genre had names like Bury Tomorrow and Make Them Suffer.
