Not bothered to watch it, thought it might change our luck, watched all the others and we never seemed to get any better.

Gallagher has done his hamstring Well where are those saying it’s only cramp when I said it was a season defining moment at Swansea it’s truly terrible news up there with as bad as it could be critical games ahead and we are back to the Hull team

I’d keep the shape and go with Ennis to try and do the donkey work for cannon but I fear it will be million in a 10 role but it’s the physicality we and cannon miss so it has to be someone who can play that role and both vidigal and Tezgel lack the mobility or strength . Naive management to leave Gallagher on at Swansea is going to cost us very very dear bottom three at Xmas would be no surprise now. We simply have to find a way for those critical home games with Cardiff , Derby and Millwall to keep our heads above water assuming he’s out for 6 weeks typical hamstring .

Not great, but not a cataclysmic event….

Do we sign injury prone players or is there something wrong with how we train? We get absolutely loads of injuries

Gallagher looks like another one, hired in July, got on the pitch exactly 3 times and now clocked out for the year with a twanged hamstring.

I refuse to believe that we couldn’t find someone with Gally’s attributes somewhere in the world, who is younger and less injury prone.

The "Gallagher" role is to hold the ball up, link play between midfield and play quick passes into the space behind the defence for Cannon to run onto and you would choose Ennis a player who can trap a ball farther than I can kick it, who lacks any real physicality and can't pass water to play that role? Not sure I understand your logic there.

I dint say he was ideal and im well a ware of his limitations but none of the other options offer any level of physicality or mobility to ease the weight on cannon Ennis can do that bette than tezgel , vidigal or million

He is a lesser version of Jacob Brown and I certainly don't think he could have played that role either. The role requires someone with a football brain. I would prefer to see Million, Koumas or a midfield player there than Ennis. Hopefully if we are in front we could bring Ennis on for Cannon late on to do what he does best.

Anyway. Unlike you I am not going to get too despondent about whatever team we put out on Saturday. There is bugger all I can do about the selection so I see no point in getting too stressed about what the coach might or might not so. Oh dear. I appear to have had my first ever senior moment. I suppose I can now expect to refer to Frank Cannon, Mel Gibson, Gary Stevens and probably a few others over the next few years.
