Really like this guy. He's quality taking the ball in tight situations and generally makes a good forward pass.
Way better than cundle was last season. He puts in a tackle and doesn't shirt the rough stuff.
A subtle player but with touch of class

An ugly game like today Moran is still involved and is willing to chase and tackle. Moran just offers more than Cundle in that position |

Both he and Cundle can find the odd decent, sometimes excellent pass, but they're both at this point much too lightweight for me.

Probably a bit less attacking than Cundle, playing a bit deeper, usually uses the ball well but a couple of times today I thought he picked the wrong option going forward.

Needs to get on the ball more,to demand it, don't think he quite realises he's as good as he is

He reminds me of Stephen Ireland when he’s in advanced areas. Was it Moran who did that spin around their defender before getting the cross in towards the end of the second half?

I was far from impressed by him today as I thought our midfield looked weak as piss, especially in the first half. I agree. I thought he anonymous today. Swansea totally dominated the midfield except for the last 15 minutes. |

The roulette into the box near the end of game was quality. Very good player on the ball.

I’m not knocking Moran, far from it, but to say he’s FAR better than Cundle is just ridiculous. Anyone who saw Cundle play at Sheffield Wednesday at the end of last season would agree with me I think. Both are quality players if a little lightweight and will get better but yet another example of extremism of Stoke, so called, fans. |
