If they tried that when they lost badly last Saturday it would have made things even worse if that was possible. Following a 6-1 win , Good on them, if you can't celebrate that and share it with the fans when can you?

Saluting the fans that were left you mean🤔 I have to say last night was a very big shot in the arm for every Stoke fan but one thing that I’ll never understand(but each to their own) is why so many folk left on 80 minutes plus last night🤔Surely when the team have just won 6-1 they deserve fans to applaud them off at full time🤷♂️instead they got a stadium that was about empty.Utterly bizzare to me but like I said each to their own To be honest getting around the city is an absolute pigs minge at the minute with the state of the temporary lights everywhere so I do partially understand people leaving early when the game was long wrapped up. No excuse at all mate. Me and my son did a 200 mile round trip got home at 1 up at 6.30. I don’t get it either and it makes us look crap as does the thousands that didn’t go to the game because we lost a few.

The huddle before KO,thats new isn't it? Also after the handshakes at the start every player made their way to the bench and exchanged high 5s/fist pumps etc with the coaching staff.

The whole team in a line at the boothen saluting to the fans? Bit of a Spanish thing isn't it? As said above they can do what they want if they play like that every week? Noticed the new coach outfit…..denim slim fit jeans, trainers, tee shirt and zip up fleece. I like it. They are categorically skinny jeans. It’s a retro look as everyone knows wide-leg trousers have been back for a while.

It is a throwback from Pelach's time at Huddersfield Town - my wife is a season ticket holder and I used to take the piss out of her for all the hand holding.

Well, the skin-tight jeans look hopefully puts an end to that eejit Sohail's favourite commentary line of the manager having their hands down their tracksuit trousers/deep in their pockets of their pants or whatever tripe he kept coming out with. The image of NP shoving his manicured hands down his spray on jeans would deffo be a commentary catchphrase too far! On the subject of the 'crowd run' at the end I think it should only be brought out for special occasions or it looks a bit 'last night at the Panto'. Maybe they can use the next couple of days to work on another routine for when you only win by 3 goals or something? I do like a bit of management/Coach/Player/supporter bonding truth be told though.

I didn’t see whatever you are referring to, but they can do whatever the fuck they like as far as I’m concerned, we won 6-1!! 31 seconds in to this I have been 100% critical of whats been going on at Stoke. I had no faith in the new manager, after last night I'm hoping that I'm wrong. When I saw the players at the Boothen End, doing what they were doing, I immdeiately understood what was going on. The manager is using everything to bring the club together. He is trying to promote team confidence and team spirit. He wants players to enjoy being with Stoke. He wants supporters to feel they are part of the experience. Its no coincidence that clubs around the world do the same thing. So as somebody has already has said, if it means Stoke produce more performances like last night's, then carry on my friend.

Can’t be hating on that sort of thing after a 6-1 win. Even if it is cringey, it’s good to see the team make an effort to try and connect with the fans.

He was quite as bad as the Spike Lee lookalike on Arsenal Fan TV who wore the club shop and drank from an Arsenal water bottle He got a bit upset when I asked him on Twitter if he slept in an Arsenal Wendy house

The whole team in a line at the boothen saluting to the fans? Bit of a Spanish thing isn't it? As said above they can do what they want if they play like that every week? More of a European thing but if it brings everyone on board then why not and good for team bonding and spirit.

The huddle before KO,thats new isn't it? Have noticed a couple of new minor tweaks/changes in a relatively short space of time. I often notice the finer details of footy matches for some bizarre reason 🫣🤣!! Did anyone else notice at half time, despite being 3-1 up, the players even looked disciplined then, as they almost sprinted off the pitch towards the dressing rooms once the HT whistle had blown? Certainly no ambling off or chatting to each other or the officials like you often get. They were literally off in a flash, my daughter even commented do they all need the toilet Dad?! 😉 It's only something small but seeing the players run off had a regimented look to it, made us look sharp and professional, business like, like we knew every second in that changing room matters. Also noticed that the management team have switched sides with the physio team in the dug out seats. As far back as I recall the physios/Dr's have always sat towards the centre of the dugouts with the coaching staff towards the far end. But that's changed now at home games since Pèlach has taken over. Not sure what the thinking is behind this or what advantage it necessarily gives them but just strange to see as I overlook that side of the pitch from the Tile Mountain Stand. Just a couple of minor adjustments but it signifies to me that the HC is a meticulous planner & he's already made changes that suggests we are definitely heading in a different direction to where we've been trodden before. In relation to the end of match scenes, Sol Sidibes looking happy with what was happening, so if the players are happy we definitely should be supportive of it 🙌🏻👏🏻. We've tried the conventional to no effect, perhaps trying the unconventional is well worth a try! 😁

Personally feel that sort of reaction should be saved for when you've achieved something. We won a game last night against a team yet to win all season. Ok the manner of the victory was very impressive, maybe im just old fashioned and miserable.
