I’ve no doubt he tries really hard but where he gets his inspiration from is anyone’s guess. He must know he’s inconsistent to the point of being all over the place. Not sure where he gets the impression that is likely to be successful from. Are businesses or people for that matter who display such traits successful? Not in my experience. |

It would make a riveting Netflix Series. Starting in late 90s as a club trying to emerge from obscurity of 3rd tier, the Icelandic take over, the Coates dynasty, TP and the PL years, Wembley, Europe, Hughes, £50m+ wasted on dross players, relegation, managerial merry go round and 7 years of struggle to get out of the championship bottom half. Suggestions for starring roles?

MON did a good job in the circumstances.
NJ was woeful but ultimately didn't hurt us as MON came in and steadied the ship.
The biggest culprits are John Coates and Gary Rowett, then more recently Jon Walters.
Recruitment has been diabolical.
