He's not been unemployed since 23 after being a technical director (Whatever that is) of Fleetwood So how has he ended up with a prime appointment?
His CV IS On par with his coach.

We all bow down to your greater knowledge and congratulate Mr Walters on the job he's doing. I have never seen a DoF/Technical director in the press as much as ours. That's what people are alluding to and it's pissed a lot of people off. But of course, you being the font of all football knowledge will know that. |

Don’t think the post is actually expecting a ‘post match interview’. It’s more the idea that he’s the brains behind all this movement behind the scenes which, at this current moment, is looking like an awful decision. Yet it will be the new coach who is chucked in front of a camera and not the guy behind it all. Too easy for those up above to hide. |
