Stoke have lost another of its most loyal long standing supporters
Jeff Lee , from London sadly passed away on Thursday , Jeff , generous to a fault , was such a great bloke and as loyal as they come home and away ..small followings or large it didn’t matter Jeff would be there ..a lover of real ale and proper pubs , to say he’ll be greatly missed is a huge understatement
Condolences to all his family and friends ..RIP

RIP Jeff
Remember back in the 90s he was with the London branch, always in the Fawn and Firkin before home games

Very very sad news, Jeff was an absolute top bloke and as others have said, generous to a fault. Had many an enjoyable trip up from London with him and the rest of the Southern supporters when I lived there in the 90's. Deepest condolences to the family. I can honestly say he was one of the nicest blokes I ever met in my 63 and a bit years.
RIP Jeff.

I've sat next to Jeff for the past, I don't know how many, years. Him, his missus, occasionally son Jack, Gary and Steve and their families. All top people travelling up from London and all around the country, and Europe, to support SCFC. Met up with him so many times at different away fixtures, always a pleasure
I can't think of anyone else I have met who was so committed to following the Potters, and so genuinely nice, friendly and cheerful. Even in his last few months he was still making the trip up North to sit in his beloved Boothen End, suffer the dire offering on the pitch, and listening to my rants.
Wednesday night is going to feel very strange knowing he'll never sit alongside me again.
A truly nice person and a very sad loss for his family and friends.
Sleep well my dear old friend

RIP Jeff - a true Potter through and through.
Sadly, all the London Stokies who travelled up on British Rail from the early 70's are a dwindling band. Great memories of the excellent company and banter on those journeys.

We have lost one of best supporters in Jeff. A brilliant Stoke fan home and away for years and years. A lover of real ale and pubs i would regularly bump into Jeff in some pub at some far away game. Jeff often made a weekend of it because of distances he traveled from his home in London. I last chatted to Jeff before the home friendly in August when he was with his wife and son who had driven him up to Stoke. I asked how he was and told me he was already on borrowed time but the thing that broke my heart was when he told me despite everything he had bought his season ticket for 24/25 season, I said my goodbyes and hugged him as i knew I would not see him again and then the tears flowed. Stoke City have lost a fantastic supporter and we have lost a great human being. RIP Jeff.

RIP Jeff, saw him all over the country either on the train to some outpost or in the White Star. Last saw him at Southampton last season, another London Stokie chalked off the board.

Wonderful man Always bought the first round Stoke fan because he saw Stan getting clobbered by Chelsea thug Harris when won there near end of promotion winning title winning season “Chopper” was a thug. All the top teams had a goon (to use ice hockey vernacular) in the 60s and 70s. Leeds had three Bremner, Giles and Hunter.

Jeff was such a likeable and cheerful character. Having sat in front of him in the Boothen for many years, we used to laugh about one of his favourite lines “we never score from corners”, every time we get a corner. And laugh even more when we did score from one, it’s a shame it wasn’t very often.
RIP Jeff - “We’ll Be With You”

I'm sure Jeff would settle for the 3 points...and maybe a goal from a corner He'll always be with us in spirit
