He has within this shower. No coincidence Prem clubs are sniffing around him. H Not for me, nowhere near to be honest. Prem clubs may well be sniffing but he’s far from ready for that level as he is Championship. Prem clubs do what Prem clubs do, sweep up any half decent talent from lower league clubs like a great big trawler net, see Chelsea as the prime example. Most of these youngsters snapped up by Prem clubs probably never go on to make 1st team appearances and its not long before they find themselves back down the pyramid, usually via several seasons out on loan. A lot of truth in that to be fair with ref the big clubs doing that. Not just teenagers either. Chelsea put Scott Parkers career back 5 years after they bought him from Charlton. I think Sol is going to be a great player and is showing all the signs to do that, playing him is the only way to prove or dissprove that theory. H

He's our best midfielder by some distance. On the ball, off the ball, physically and tactically he is head and shoulders above the rest of the midfield group. It was staggering that he didn't start yesterday. Did you watch the Oxford game?

One of a few things that amazed me , he was superb in the game the coach watched against Fleetwood and then can't even get on when it was clear they were all over the place in the second half , that and seeing Tezegel as a right wide player when leaving a right wide player in a central area then asking club footed centre halves to play out from the back

In attendance watching every game (covid allowing) what about yourself? Same for the home ones. We’ve had an unfit team since Hughes really. It’s a massive issue. We've got through something like a hundred players since Lesley fucked off, so why oh why oh fucking why are we not as fit as other teams? I genuinely honestly fucking don't get it.

He’s not going to be able to come in at 17 and run the show every game. There are some experienced players in this division who will be tough for him to compete with. But I agree at the moment options look very limited.

Is Laval on the proverbial grass yet? Does anyone know?

Is Laval on the proverbial grass yet? Does anyone know? Someone thought it was a good idea to spend a sizeable chunk of our transfer budget on a lad with a fractured back. I can only hope when he eventually plays that he’s worth the wait.

I get the feeling the new manager doesn’t trust the kids with the keys to the car, but Sol is our only midfielder who can sit back AND make a forward pass. He has to play him.

Yeah, dig the 17 year old out. Rewind that passage of play a bit and look at the useless Thompson's contribution.
The bloke would rather die than look forward.

Plus not a tackle put I by the shithouses behind him. Thompson won't ever be caught on the ball like that as he never ever drives forward with it. As for Burger, he hid again today. Stealing a living.

Sol losing the ball isn't ideal but if the 4-5 other more experienced 'professionals' behind him do their fucking job then it's irrelevant that he lost it. He'll make mistakes as he's learning. It's part of his development. His teammates, significantly older than him and with more games under their belt, should be there in the trenches with him ready to help him out. Shithouses.

It was almost the half way line too, he needed a man out that he had someone behind him too. The worst part for me was the most experienced player(Gibson) diving in on the edge of the box, ridiculous.

Yes he made a mistake but in the short time he was on the pitch he was still in a different league to Burger. We actually posed a semblance of a threat going forward once Sidibe was on the pitch.

We did go forward more with Sol in that is a fact. I actually prefer him to a pouty Burger and braindead Thompson who gave a 5 on 2 and was saved by their inability to capitalize.

Regardless of his mistake he should be playing over Burger. We were very momentarily able to actually string passes in Middlesbrough's half when Burger came off and gained some control in the middle. I don't know what has happened with Burger, can't blame Pelach for that either other than for picking him as his level has been like this since the end of last season. Not arsed if he didn't play for us again.

Pearson and Lawal will be the midfield pair once they’re fit Watch this space I don’t think Pearson should wear our shirt again. Probably Finished in the top 2 tiers pretty soon.

The thing is we are dragging Koumas down to our level going on his past 2 games,so what's stopping Sidibe been dragged down too, plus all the young players?
