They played for him for practically 45 minutes. What happened at half time? Literally downed tools 2nd half. The Hull coach adjusted and brought on a player to target Junior. It worked very well and we had no answer.

I give him until late oct/early Nov then we'll panic after losing most of those games and go grab a pulis.

He needs time. Schuey’s stuff was to get instant results and then teams figured us out and then he shat the bed. I think this fella will take time to instil what he wants from the group.

I think that both Pulis and Hughes made a shaky start to their management careers at Stoke Arguably a much tougher task now but with similar expectations re rapid progress. A very honest and thoughtful post match interview from Pelach Tough upcoming game at Middlesbrough

Just get behind him ffs. Joke of a fan base. Booing a team off the pitch with a new manager when he’s only been here 4 days is madness. We just aren’t stable has a club fans included in that. Everything is sitting on a knife edge. Too many extremes if we win 1 people talk about promotion lose 1 we’re getting relegated. I don’t agree with Schumachers dismissal but we can’t not pick at every single thing that doesn’t go our way with a told you so attitude.

I'l give him time. A shocking performance, the manager gets the benefit of doubt as he is getting to know his squad. That won't take long believe me. Which ever 11 he picked tonight are professional footballers and should show as much, they didn't and it was one big mess. Burger and Thompson were ambling around but the lack of cohesion was astounding. They are all prepared to play short dangerous passes in their own box but when it comes to midfield and up top it boot boot boot! No quality at all. You can hover around the drop zone so many times and eventually Benjis crocodile gets you, it may well be this season. We need a massive turnaround, poor old SS didn't deserve this one bit.

What happened to him at the end of the game? No clapping toward the fans?? Very odd. He did get bood off pretty comprehensively. He was probably (and rightly so) fucking fuming with the performance and then very disappointed in the the response from the fans. We’re a very very very different club to the Muni and Bojan days. He needs to get with the program pronto.

I’m behind every manager we had and will have but I was really unimpressed with what I’ve seen. I hope this massive gamble pays off for us but I was flabbergasted to see Tezgel on the wing. I thought Tezgel would play behind Cannon with Manhoef on the right but obviously not. I really felt for Tezgel tonight. I’m hoping we will have an identity but if this identity is to sit compact and hit teams on the break at home whilst other teams pass us to death and dominate the ball then I’m really concerned
