Was ok in George and Mildred, not sure he’d suit Stoke.

Yep just said on the other thread my money is on this guy.
Seems the perfect walters manager. New, will be a yes man to him, no experience

Not often you see somebody with three first names.

That elite development squad at City is a piss take though. They sign the best youngsters, play keep ball and your a genius. He has ZERO and I mean ZERO credentials to even get a mention of a Championship job.

It's obviously going to be someone with a record of working with and developing young players. You would think there would need to be some experienced backroom staff with such an appointment.

If going down the rookie manager route, especially if more of a coaching type, you do this in May & appoint someone experienced alongside
instead we are doing it in September
coaching is one thing, managing players is another
you need both of course

He has ZERO and I mean ZERO credentials to even get a mention of a Championship job. Did Kieran McKenna ? He was assistant first team manager for nearly 3 years at one of the biggest clubs in the world. Mckenna had exposure to men's football at an Elite level. Managing the best youngsters in the world is absolute fucking lightyears from managing a young squad in the championship against men. If we went down this route I guarantee pound to a penny we will be in a relegation scrap. We want a manager who's proven in the men's game that plays the right way.

We need a manger with personality who the fans can unite behind. Sadly the suits upstairs now call the shots and we will end up with a no mark in a tracksuit. Progress.

Ok get that Ipswich weren't championship but Murphy hasn't got the job, just a case of putting 2 and 2 together so far . No point in getting excited until it happens
