And by sacking not just the manager but also the whole backroom staff, what is a worry is the whole game plan will have gone out of the window. So Academy manager Shawcross has 1 day to work on it.

Some people have suggested this game should be binned off as unimportant and possibly play damn near a youth side.
Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a game we absolutely need to win.
A place in the last 16 awaits and who knows a high profile home game against one of the so called, big boys.
Given the semi toxic atmosphere at the moment a good win would really help calm things down a bit as well.
PS a day out in north London would be nice as well.

I agree with the sentiment, but Schumacher was not the Manager of the First Team, he was the Head Coach and there is a difference. |

I replied to another reply saying i obviously want us to win, just frustrated that were back in this position. However can see this being a tough game, the prep week would of been disrupted. in a 2 game week seems absolutely mental |
