I’m going to guess Pelach will be in the stands if not already announced by tomorrow night in an attempt to lift things a bit. How exactly will some faceless guy nobody had ever heard of until this morning possibly ‘lift things a bit’? It shows we’ve made a decision and have a plan!? I think Schumacher’s sacking was harsh and I’m not convinced about Pelach but if the call has been made then better to start the new chapter straight away. |

Considering the next 3 years were some of the best I’ve experienced as a Stoke fan, it was a pretty good decision tbh. |

Considering the next 3 years were some of the best I’ve experienced as a Stoke fan, it was a pretty good decision tbh. Get it right It went pear shape after two and a half years then he got us relegated and left us with the likes of Berahino and Wimmer. But let's not go there. |

Not arsed, hope we get stuffed. Need rest players, for Hull on Friday. Brought a lot of unnecessary pressure on the players and themselves with todays decision. As well as making the new manager to start off on the biggest back foot he could possibly start on. Players had a rest on Saturday mate Bravo  |

This will be a difficult match for Stoke. We are often struggling when we are clear favourites to win. Adding that RS being in charge for the first time doesn't really increase my confidence. Hope we go through though.

Yesterday shocked most of us, but having digested it I can see why. Walter’s is taking the club by the scruff of the neck and in my opinion is being brave into trying to sort it out. I've not commented on the SS departure as I don't know what's going on behind the scenes (a novel approach online I know  ) But, good to see Ryan involved tonight. It's a no pressure free kick for him (and Green). What would impress me is if we are much better in the second half than the first, which would suggest some ability to be flexible with tactics and motivate the players during half time. |
