Had to sneak into the Oxford end today, an easier 3 points they have not had , general view , we will be in a relegation battle, difficult to argue on that showing, fitness, organisation and a semblance of a plan has us beat, very concerning ….

I was in the home end too. Embarrassing. 1-0 was flattering.
I live locally and there are lots of Oxford fans in the village. The realistic limit of their ambition this season is survival. Yet they outplayed and outfought us.
Concerning and frustrating in equal measure.

Ex RAF so lots of friends around Brize etc, joined them in the home end, again they are just hopeful for survival. only one team today need to worry about that. I know we are a young side, it will be up and down, but we didn’t put a mark on them. No control at all in the middle, passing and decision making poor, the odd shot we could muster sliced wide or over the bar. They easily identified Burger, junior( Dembele had him on toast and he was lucky to stay on the pitch) and Bae as particularly poor. Need to listen to Schumachers interview, I will be even more worried if he has tried to take any positives from that

Another in the home end. General view that it was very comfortable although it was commented that they got away with a couple of fouls on Million and Koumas in the channels.
At half time our Sporting Director felt it was all too slow. Didn’t ask at full time…
