Not the best. Someone needs to stick alongside this manager and whenever he has an idea, say 'no'. Just play a bog standard 433 with the best available players and collect your win. Different shapes in and out of possession just leads to disarray and, well, that. It seems a common fault these days with managers that they want to overcomplicate things or try and outwit the opposition instead of keep it simple and playing to your strengths. MON came in when we were terrible and heading for relegation. He didn't know the players and just played each player in their best position and we started getting results and avoided relegation. Next season he started to complicate things and we just got worse and worse. Hughes had a winning set up and then started the 3 at the back rubbish. Jones changed things every week, like throwing dice. Neil was in the Pulis school of thought, stop the opposition scoring and we'll get a draw and maybe get lucky and win. At least the lads are getting forward and trying even though it's was mess that half.

FFS lucky bounce gives their player loads of space and then no one marking in the box.

Sidibe off for Seko or Thompson I think. High potential player but not what we need when chasing a game like we will be now.

And now we've succeeded in keeping it tight at the expense of the best attack we've had since relegation, only to go 1-0 down. Job well done, Steve.
