Absolute rubbish comment. Just because both sides are defending well, they become rubbish? It's a tight game and there's no excitement. Boring to watch but both sides are definitely not rubbish! Not enough passing quality to get between the lines so far, from either side. It's generally been poor. Oxford had the best opportunity when Wilmot and Gibson went on an adventure and vacated the centre of the pitch completely. Thankfully we had runners to cover. Koumas for Bae, and do we give Seko a go at somepoint…supposedly the Japanese Pirlo, need some killer passes in to Cannons feet |

The most disappointing thing about that half is that since Gooch has gone off, we have a completely full strength team and created absolutely nothing.
Obviously Oxford are no mugs and we’ve got a couple of players starting for the first time in the league, but that was incredibly uninspiring.

That was appalling. Need a rocket up there arses and spring to life. No movement or bravery on the ball. Me thinks we are lacking a natural leader in midfield with a commanding voice. We’re waiting for something to happen.

I'd like to see Koumas in his place, see if he could get more involved. He'd surely cover more ground and could be able to break through Oxford's defence with his speed and trickery. |
