Yep until they’ve had a full international cap in a competitive match they are free to play for another country if able Is it still 1, Werrington? As I may have mentioned 786 times, Kane was due to play for Ireland in a qualifier and wouldn't have been eligible for England after that but did they not change it to 3 games or was it never actually brought in?. Was talk of it at some point I know was enquiries re Delap but not sure he's actually eligible. Rory only qualified through his grandparents I seem to remember. Pennant almost got a call up but was the time he went a bit off the rails after that great spell for us. Turned out Mark Stein was eligible believe it or not . Off the top of my head was Rory's grandmother he qualified through so would that make Liam eligible? Not sure If only. We’d have won a World Cup by now. |

Not sure Still one I think mate, a player only has to play ONE SECOND of a competitive match ( not friendlies or u23s etc etc ) and that’s it for their international career Delap does qualify apparently and been approached, yep. Jobe Bellingham also who has Irish grandparents . |

All because they’re giddy we’ve signed some people. Tbf in the end the squad has shaped out exactly how I’d like it to and what I’ve been saying bar there being one too many attackers. But even that is likely to change. Cundle not coming is particularly pleasing. |

Definitely we should be attacking sides now with the players we have and I think the manager wants us to play that way. Hopefully today we will see his true style now he has the players in to do so. |

In two years time then it’s a decision but for now it’s not. Ireland are poor, there’s no real reason to want to play for them. You’re just making yourself more susceptible to injury and still not play in an international tournament either way. |
