I heard from a neighbour across the backyard the landlord's service team had put rat poison in the backyard outside the garbage room, in the basement and in the attic.
Q: What happens with it when it has been there on the ground or floor for a week or two, do they pick/sweep it up again?

Had a rat in my kitchen cupboard under the sink last year. Could I get hold of it? No chance!
Rat catcher put some poison down in the drain outside. A week later the smell of rotting corpse wafted through my abode, swiftly followed by about 200 identical bluebottles buzzing around my kitchen when I got in from work. Not a pleasant experience.
He’d got in through a crack in the wall and chewed through the back of the sink unit. He ate all my washing powder too.
The rat catcher said Persil is to rats what ecstasy is to ravers.
Anyway I digress…….

Got a few coming in from my next door neighbours jungle...getting the left over bird seed the birds thrown out from there feeding station. My terriers a westie and Yorkie are having a field day
