Still haven't received my Stadium Car Park pass through yet for the North Car Park despite making contact with the club in an effort to resolve it.
Just wondering if anyone else has or is suffering similar issues?
Happened a few seasons back as well and didn't end up receiving it through until about 4x matches in! At Β£175 a pop they're not cheap and it's a joke I haven't received it through before the season started, nevermind 2x home matches in!

Guessing the fan park being extended into the North Car Park has flummoxed them a bit. Although I will say thay even the last few seasons where the Car Parks been untouched, it's never been full on a Match Day

The fan zone has taken up some spaces but there always seems to be more than enough. I suspect though that as it is also used for hospitality they need to keep sufficient free for the matches when there is a big uptake of the hospitality.

sounds like a cluster fuck π€¦ββοΈ Absolutely is. Spoke to ticket office last week and was told I'd either have the pass or a phone call update through this week sometime. Less than 24hrs before kick off for tomorrow's match and haven't received either the pass or a phone call! Have sent an email to the 'Head of Venue' so will see how things unfold there. Was just curious if anyone else had been facing same/similar issues.

If you did it via the web, you should have a confirmation email that you can wave at the stewards at least.

If they promise you a call or a pass you shouldnβt be left chasing them imo. Will be interesting to see what the Head of Venue says and why this hasnβt been sorted.

I ordered and paid for it at the ticket office in person at same time as renewed season tickets so know it's been booked and paid for. Received the new Season Ticket Card through fine but no parking pass. Definitely got the receipt/invoice through as well confirming payment as have attached that to the email Ive sent to the Head of Venue Craig Simmonds. Good suggestion regarding showing the stewards the receipt of payment, my wife just suggested similar actually. I guess I'm just conscious that trying to have a conversation with a steward through the car window on a match day, and show them a photo of receipt may not be as simple as it sounds or could be. Will definitely have to give it a try but not ideal, as my luck it'll be a jobsworth who is purely looking for displayed passes & I have to pass about 3x directing stewards on way towards the North Car Park who all could potentially throw a spanner in the works. Ah well, cant beat match day fun and games ππ€£ Apologies in advance if anyone's stuck behind me and a jobsworth steward/parking attendant tomorrow ππ€£

So credit where credits due, I've received a phone call this evening from 'Head Of Venue', Craig Simmonds in response/reply to my earlier Email to him.
Very helpful and Informative & he checked and had it logged that my car park pass was sent out to me in July. & then another one was sent out in response to my contact with the club last week as the the original obviously hadn't been delivered.
We checked addresses and all is fine on that front, (as my season ticket cards were safely delivered here pre season time) so it appears as though the Royal Mail may well be losing post and the reason my car park pass hasn't been delivered and remains missing.
We've spoke through plans of how to navigate through getting into the car park tomorrow and how the matter will be resolved going forwards. Craig also said he'll be making the ground stewards on car park duties aware of my details and they should all be primed.
So in summary, well done and thanks to SCFC and especially to Craig Simmonds. An update this week without having to chase up would have been preferable but to be fair to Stoke, seeing as they posted the new car park pass out to me last week, perhaps they just presumed I'd have received it and all would be good so no issues there.
But on receiving my email this afternoon they've acted promptly and efficiently.
So fair play & respect to SCFC and Craig Simmonds for the swift response and working out a plan to get around the issue, all good ππ»ππ»

Sadly as expected I arrived at the main roundabout and the stewards on car park duties hadn't got the foggiest who I was or understanding of what I'd been told to tell them as they clearly hadn't been given the memo!
First steward eventually let me through after explanation, but said make sure you bring your pass to the next game! I said I'd have it now if had received it through! Thought I'd made it in & got stopped by the car park stewards just outside the club shop who waved me into the West Car Park for a further interrogation! I explained the information to them expecting them to have been briefed but sadly they didn't have a clue!
After much persuading that I was telling the truth about a car park pass being in the Ticket Office awaiting for my arrival and collection the doubting steward set off to the ticket office to double check my story! 10mins later said steward returned with my car park pass & allowed me on my way!
But then some other car park stewards tried to stop me exiting the West Car Park & then once signalling I needed to exit they were trying to force me right to head back towards the roundabout again! After some more persuading & explaining I was finally allowed to exit and turn left towards the North Car Park with new shiny car park pass on display ππ!
So finally made it, mission accomplished, but knew it wouldn't be without issue ππ¬!
