Sorry to hijack the thread, I've been doing cryptics all day so I'm zoned in... just wrote these, they are all current or recent players:
1. Custodian of open cricket activity (5, 8)
2. Girl with time and a fanny (7)
3. Wide boy sounds like a sucker (6)
4. Forest man and half the SAS taking tea (8)
5. Tim once tidied up for governor's son (3, 4)
6. Forward is initially no good or young (4)
7. Destroyer of relations with Arab country (6, 7)
8. Injured man faces cries of pain and hesitation with bravery (9)
9. Part of bounty reset for attacker (6)
