Also finding a balance between who is useful to start and who is useful to bench. Johnson isnt bad on the bench, neither is vidigal. Must have a few more signings up his sleeve to want to reduce the squad though? |

Our issue in recent times has been getting rid of players who we’ve attracted here by offering to pay very good salaries. The likes of Laurent and Johnson spring to mind. They’re just not good enough for where we want to be but we’ve offered them very good deals financially to get them here and now it’s very difficult to get rid of them. |
