Pulis Sr? Something in the back of my mind says we had a father son duo maybe in the 1940s? I'm not sure. Harry Sellars, father of John Sellars. John was a classy left-half back in the 1946/47 oh-so-close-to-winning-the-title team... also a fine sprinter. Harry was a tigerish midfield ball winner from the 1920s/30s who famously once lost his false teeth when a mouse stole them the night the team stayed over in a hotel before playing at Middlesbrough ... and then the next season before the same fixture he was presented with them by the owner who had found the in the mouse hole...! |

Mark Higgins father, John Higgins, was a centre back and won the FA Cup with Bolton in 1958.
Thibaud Verlinden's dad, Dany Verlinden was a goalkeeper who played over 400 times for Club Brugge and was capped once for Belgium.
