Pundits said de ligt wasn’t all that. Fans wanted him, probably because his name sounds like he must be good. Watching him today he looks bigger and slower than maguire! Says it all that Eric Dier was keeping him out of the Bayern team

Ha! They’ve just realised maguire is better than the guy they’ve just spent big money on.

That Casemeiro (sp). Cost a fortune and his legs are clearly going. The amount of money they’ve spunked on bang average/ over the hill/over rated/over priced / flops is astonishing. Yet they sell McTominay. Makes out transfer strategy of the Rowett era look almost competent. Almost. And as for that god awfull £80m winger. Kevin Harper was better than him.

Liverpool carrying on as usual.
If I was Man Utd owner I’d do what I wanted to do in the summer iand replace ETH on Monday with poch, if he’s still available, though I’d have him as England manager preferably

Yeah hes taken the US job No standout candidates to currently replace him Allegri or Pioli perhaps? Or maybe Potter?

Yeh instead of the mighty Eddie Howe 😂 In his short time at Chelsea he finished the season with them playing some great stuff and really good attacking football. Spurs he was so close to being an absolute legend with title and champions league. Damn right I’d have him over Eddie bloody Howe

But he's took the job managing the USA team. And it'll be astronomically paid

Watching the Premier League highlights. Southampton might as well not even be there. Looks like it could be between the 3 promoted teams and Everton again for relegation. Which is a bit depressing for the Championship really. I think Everton will probably put some results together at some point though. Are they trying to play it out from the back like they did last year? It's one thing outfootballing shite in the Championship. Quite another trying it in the big league.

Need another 3 now to put ETH out of a job. Liverpool look to go forward whenever they get the ball, Man Utd just thinking backwards, this is what happens when you’re first thought is backwards like England do. Their owners are at fault for caving in to fan pressure to keep ETH after the cup final win. They wanted rid and should have done it Why do you want ETH sacked He’s doing a absolute magnificent job
