I can see why they bough de ligt. He only passes backwards as well, fits in nice at the moment. They’re like watching England. Having possession at the back and not looking to go forwards does not mean you’re in the game.
Liverpool could go on to get 5 easily if they want it

One of my best mate's is a Man Utd fan.
Was waxing lyrical about their summer business from top to bottom. From the outside looking in absolutely nothing has changed from last season and I was surprised he supported it. Don't see it being a huge step forward if that's their front three within the first few weeks of the season?
Bayern don't sell the duo they did for the price they did if they're world class. Screams Real Madrid getting rid of Varane and Casemiro and Man Utd were the poor folk that fell for it. This lad upfront is meant to be decent but he's not Man Utd's level. Makes Jacob Brown look like he can control the ball.
Went on to say Amad Diallo looks the real deal. Indeed looks a good footballer but there's levels isn't there? He wouldn't look out of place at Nottingham Forest. Suppose that shows how far these mighty lot have fallen.

Yeah They are a side that will threaten the European places and sometimes a Champions League spot but they are minimum 3 years from a title challenge and that 3 could easily be 15 years No doubt some in the media will say that's a bad thing for English football meanwhile all other football supporters will rejoice Sadly English football is now set up to prevent a true decline and collapse into relegation |

Slot’s way looks like it might suit Liverpool’s players even better than Klopp’s did! Man United though are absolutely disgraceful to be honest. They keep making expensive, second rate (maybe not even that)signings who keep making them worse. Their managerial selections and changes have been baffling since Ferguson left. They are years off getting back to anything like they were before.
Ten Hag should have been binned before this season, FA Cup win or not. He’s a chippy little bastard as well. Doesn’t deal with pressure or criticism well at all.
It is very funny though.
