Questions. 1. Why are we starting the season with a weaker team than what finished last season? What are we hoping to achieve in the first month of the season with glaring holes in the team, and will it go against the Head Coach should his position come up for review around the annual sacking date of November? If so, do you think this is fair when you have clearly and chronically let him down? 2. Why have we appointed a Sporting Director that is so lacking in experience of the job when it's clear that at this club there is so much expectation and responsibility placed on the shoulders of key individuals at the club. It's screaming out for calm experience. Do you agree? 3. Was it this lack of experience that saw a very swift and almost panicked decision to part ways with a Head of Recruitment that had shown an ability to almost generate a silk purse from a sows ear across a number of deals he did last summer? 4. Onto the pitch. What are the benefits of playing with inverted full backs when we clearly don't have the tools to do it? What is your plan B and how long will you persist with a Plan A that clearly isn't working? I've noticed a switch in you recently, a dark pissed off demeanour that's been lurking beneath the surface no longer lay dormant... I dig it. I'm just at an age now where the bullshit doesn't wash anymore. Especially when the football side of our club pretty much exudes bullshit from every orifice against a backdrop of making the same mistakes over and over again. If this does end up being the very start of something good then great. Off the field ultimately headed up by Richard Smith and Simon King, I think the improvements overall are clear to see. Some of the decisions around the infrastructure of moving the fans to the South Stand might be a bit misguided and ill thought out, but they've been done with the best of intentions at least. Ricardo's is excellent and the new fan zone I reckon will go down a treat. The fan engagement overall is much improved. As a fan I've never asked for perfection but just a drive and determination to improve and learn. Off the pitch we've done that, on the pitch...

I would be interested to hear the clubs perspective on the following points:
1. What’s the vision for recruitment? Right now, we seem to have a bunch of themes we seem to offer equal weight to. Dipping our toe into several pools is unlikely to yield excellence in one, and the clubs who’ve done it well focus on one and sprinkle from others.
2. Talk about the pathway for young players and how that is determined. E.g. benefits of loans vs. Sticking around development squads.
3. Talk about the motivation for the ownership model changing. Is this a bet365 thing, i.e. they want to attract investors and having Stoke City holdings haemorrhaging money makes bet365 a less attractive opportunity. Or, is it a creative method to sidestep FFP / PSR? Or, is there an element of concern about an independent football regulator placing controls on the gambling industries involvement in football?
4. Are the club applying more pressure on the EFL around FFP regulation, in light of the absurdity of what is happening at Birmingham this window? Subsequently, can you explain the clubs position in regards to FFP and ultimately whether there is money in the pot.
5. With overseas recruitment, work permits must be a difficult thing to navigate particularly with the post-Brexit changes. Can you explain the process, the role ESC slots play, and speak to whether they have influenced our activity overseas thus far in the transfer window.
6. If I was representing an elite club, can you sell me Stoke City as a perfect destination to send a young talent out on-loan to? Why is Stoke City the best landing spot and what is on offer that betters what the competition for that signature can offer.

Are we still actively looking for players abroad? We almost signed a French player yesterday but he failed his medical...... Thought he was one of the Dublin's leftovers but apparently SJW has said yesterday that they are still pursuing players abroad also, which is good to hear.

He will be well aware of fan disgruntelment with the lack of imaginative unknowns being linked, just tried and trusted boring championship standard players

Why do our transfers seem to take forever It's the same every season. Players leave signing till last minute so the casing clubs enter an auction with wage offers ect.why does this confuse anyone. That's why deadline days final 2 hours is such a circus
