Really liked the speed climbing last time - proper mental how quick they go even without a gladiator chasing them!

if only there was a weekly sports how on BBC1 where they show highlights of all these minority sports on a weekly basis so that you get invested in the swimming, biking, kayaking, rowing, ameuter boxing, triathlon, pentathlon etc etc. for the olympic cycle you could put it on just after football focus sandwichwed between final score, you could even have a vidi printer type on the screen for the football scores through out. the rights wouldnt cost too much and would give these sports much needed exposure. get a veteran sports presenter to host it, id say frank bough or david vine but i think they are passed. gaby Yorath would be perfect. You could call it grandstand Needs a big 'tache. |

Looking forward to the 100m after watching 'Sprint' on Netflix. Decent documentary albeit a bit of a circle jerk for the American contingent. They sure do love themselves. Men's should be between Noah Lyles and Kishane Thompson, although don't rule out Letsile Tebogo, the smiling Botswanan. Only 21 years old but already shown massive promise and feel like he's been holding something back. I fancy Oblique Seville to have a shout at a medal too! I was really impressed with Simbine running sub-9.9 at the weekend, he’s had an impressive run at the Diamond League this season. After the pretty poor 100m field in Tokyo, it looks a really talented and balanced field imo. I’m looking forward to seeing the Men’s 1500m. Kerr v. Ingebritsen all over again - there’s a real rivalry there between to strong-minded characters. Women’s 400 hurdles could be outstanding too, |

And ice-hockey games where you can never see the puck so it's just fat blokes on skates walloping each other followed by Volvo estates looking like they're going flip over going round a hairpin on Brands Hatch. I used to love how the vidi-printer rubbed it in if your team was shit by spelling out goals conceded in brackets 7 (seven). |

Just have seen the Swedish Handball Ladies won by 32-28 against Norway the gold favourites.
Nina Koppang was excellent, so was Bundsen and many others. Everyone actually. Norway had a narrow lead at half time.
Sweden played in yellow shirts with blue sleeves. They also wore shorts and socks, I think they were yellow.
