He’ll score shit loads for them next season.
Good Luck Tye, shame you couldn’t stay fit.

The next gamble might pay off. Sometimes better the devil you know though. He was disrupted by injuries a fair bit last season - if he’s fit and ready to go he’ll be a handful this season. He’s a good finisher and could well flourish in an all out attacking team. His stamina was always an issue and although he seemed quick you never really saw his constantly take on and beat defenders. When he tried to win headers I don’t think his feet left the floor. He’s got potential but his time here had grown stale. His potential here was unfortunately never fulfilled.

Good luck to him. Still baffled as to why we didn’t get him signed up - we’ll inevitably end up spending up more in wages / signing on fees for someone that is as much of a gamble. I'd have kept him but you do realise we'd have had to pay him a good wage and him a signing on fee and his agents fee too??

Considering Sheff Utd can't spend any money, their loans and free's are excellent. Rak-Sakyi signing would make them look very dangerous. Yep, they are gradually looking the part. Makes you realise what you can do just with those parachute wages and the pull of being just-relegated without having to go bananas. How did we manage to do what we did in 2018-9? With every passing year, it looks crazier All we had to do to punch our weight was some sensible Prem loans and some of the better Bosmans. Because we gave a stupid twat the keys to the sweetshop. Whoever thought that imbecile and his band of overpriced championship cast offs was the man to get us out of this league wants sectioning.

Another case of a player being remembered far better than he was I really liked him and can’t believe some of this. His time here can only imo be looked at as a failure. With the potential he had and still probably has he should have had 15+ league goals at this level twice by now or be doing well in the Premier League. I still think he could that. But I don’t think he could ever do it here. And that’s a failure on him and the club. And they really need to look at that and learn lessons.

He had a really bad injury when he was absolutely flying and was never the same since?

A move was best for both parties.
Let’s not let our lack of activity so far cloud that……

His strength is running at defenders on the right and scoring, a bit like his goal against Southampton. His weakness is that he can't get himself in goalscoring positions and is poor in the air for a big man. He's probably better than what we have but the bar is low. I'll be surprised if he can improve with his new club. He made a mistake in leaving

Completely a fan/manager issue imo. You wouldn’t play through balls to Crouch and keep whinging at him that he couldn’t reach them. It’s shit tactics. That was no different. Expecting Campbell to win a flick on was just stupidity.

This plucking figures out of the air proves nothing 7 seasons is a disingenuous stat to state seeing as he was 17 years of age 7 seasons ago and didn't start playing for the first team until his 3rd season at the club apart from a couple of sub appearances. Ive brought this to your attention before but you repetitively mis-state this. Even then he only played 5 seasons here and missed most of two of those through injury. His scoring stats are significantly better than Sam Gallagher for example.

I find it hard to believe that we were seriously considering resigning him, and would have been very surprised if it had happened.
Probably just anther case of media speculation.
Wish him luck with his new club and hope he doesn't play against us.
