I can't remember whether it was Corbett (good comic actor) or Barker (bone fide genius), I think it was Barker, who thought their musical routines, contractually obliged because Saturday Evening Entertainment television policy, were dreadful and he hated doing them, but being a professional, they got them done. And as for your post, I only came onto the Everything Else thread out of morbid curiosity, and it was never going to disappoint. |
