I would guess they'd move the play off final to some time in June, rather than move the FA Cup Final.

We played Abbey Hulton Utd a few years back on a Saturday after they’d played in a final on the Friday night before it. If it’s good enough for them there’s no reason for Coventry to pussy out should this happen.

Would that even be allowed though March? Do the FA get any form of jurisdiction over what dates the EFL set for the final? Surely it must be up to the EFL to choose a date proper in the event Coventry make both?

Play them at the same time with all three clubs and a triangular pitch?

Play them at the same time with all three clubs and a triangular pitch? That’s the best idea

I noticed this months ago ..though as quickly as I noticed it , it became obvious we wouldn’t be impacted in any shape or form by any permutation so I just as quickly gave up being concerned
Other than the fixtures going ahead as planned …
Possible solution is to move the championship playoff final to the previous weekend 18/19th when Wembley is booked for Saturday & Sunday for the league 1 & 2 games .. unlikely to move it to the following weekend as Wembley is booked for the Champions league final on 1/6

Coventry will be expected to forfeit their place in the FA Cup.
Afterall a Manchester derby is the Final the global audience really wants to see.

Would be over 2 consecutive days, and The Fa / EFL have said the play off final will be put back a week, question I have, given the planning that goes into staging big events is let's say Cov make the FA Cup final, and are in the play offs, will the play offs still be scheduled for 2nd June even if Coventry dont make the final...Or would they revert back to the original planned dates.

No idea, mate.
Coventry were in League 2 when we were in the Premier League. Six-years later, they've risen year-on-year and to get an FA Cup semi-final AND be in contention for promotion - well done Mark Robins.

Ambitious managerial appointment, theres the difference... He'd just been sacked by Scunthorpe when they appointed him? Didnt know that.. Reckless appointment, what the fuck were they thinking...Senior moment, I thought they only recently appointed him..Been there 7 years. Fuck knows who I was thinking about.
