This .. the Vic was Glebe land , forbidding games being played there on the Good Friday How interesting ( and bizarre ! ) I don't recall ever hearing that before. Every day is a school day ! We could never play at The Vic on a Sunday or any Holy Day.....and then there's the old gypsy curse - Stoke will never win the FA cup until Stoke On Trent is a sea port.....with climate change not too long to wait now!

We have an excellent record at Hull, some great memories of winning there. Who could ever forget the victory that secured Premier League survival in that first season. Hopefully we can produce a similar result on Friday to give us boost in our current fight for survival.....I have a feeling it's going to be a really Good Friday!

W 4 D 9 L 26 What do Stokies and Jesus have in common? We both got whipped on Good Friday. (Apologies for any offence caused!)

No problem - we just need to widen the Trent.

Pretty sure it's us who gets crucified on Good Friday It's nailed on - we're going to lose. Any wonder, as fans, we have this negative stigmata around our Good Friday record.
