I'm reminded of this clip when I think of some of our players.....

The main weakness is that none of them have been bought with consideration of what any other player is good at.

I would say our main weakness is that 9 of the regular first team 11 players are cack. (Exlcude Burger and Junho). This ^ one if the worst teams I can recall since I started going in the early 70s.

Main problem is the lack of goals and anyone who doesn't think it's the main problem.

I can’t get away from the Sentinel describing Norwich as expertly coached.
I think that is a significant statement.

Lol, the Sentinel! How would they know other than using football bingo. They are well house trained. It does seem a bit of a departure for them from their usual toe the party lines. That piece I saw on here yesterday from them was as damning as I've ever seen.

The defence is fucking shocking Colin. We need Trevor at the back. He has always been successful at picking up his man.

Back 5.
Should of signed a perm number 1. There no leader at the back. Piss poor full backs mainly lb. All of our cbs are poor. Rose could make a squad player just.

The main weakness of the team is the manager. No it isn’t. How are people still saying this after the last 5 years.

A massive weakness, not sure it’s the main as there is so many but to have basically not had a left back for the whole season is nothing short of a disgrace.
We signed 3 wingers in Leris, Vidigal and Haksabanovic and neither of them are quick or can beat a man. Manhoef has shown signs but it’s too early to say.
Both managers we’ve had this season seem to want to play a 4-3-3 variation, but with the wingers we’ve got it’s almost impossible. None of them have a big enough impact on the game and in that system it’s imperative that they do or it just doesn’t work.
Basically the recruitment wasn’t done with a system in mind, as has been the case for the last 5 years.

Our attack is not amazing either.
Leading goalscorer Ryan Mmaee with 3 goals, number 145 in the Championship leading goal scorers.

Poor recruitment. Lazy management, followed by clueless coach. Poor goal keeper, no left footed defender. No competent striker. Minimal leadership, on or off the pitch.
If I had to choose one main weakness, it would be goal scoring; only the bottom 2 have scored less.

The CB’s are all absolutely hopeless and I hope that none are at the club next season but I know that’s asking a lot. Burger is in a category of his own, by far and away the best player at the club. Tchamadeu, Bae and Manhoef have got potential but we haven’t seen enough of it. The rest of them can get in the fucking bin. what is Burger good at?

Awful defence and can’t score goal results in probable or near relegation- simple.
Both the back and forward line are shocking.
Maybe some of these forward players would’ve been helped by a proper system / pattern of play. Or indeed starting games with regularity.
The problem with having such a big squad is that managers tinker. Maybe, just maybe, vidigal would have re found his early season form?
We made many totally unnecessary signings - Lleris, hasksbsnovic, Wesley, Johnson… argument we didn’t need gooch and hoever.
Just so so frustrating.
Anyone involved in recruitment- including Dublin- needs sacking.
The current manager too- get him gone he’s hopeless.
Whilst the playing staff are poor the whole club, as a team, is an utter clusterfuck.

Main problem is the lack of goals and anyone who doesn't think it's the main problem. If the team was capable of scoring 4 goals we would have won against Norwich. Alternatively if the team was capable of keeping a clean sheet it would have needed to have been capable of scoring one goal to have won against Norwich. Our problem is the defence AND the attack. You solve the problem by sorting out both. You start by sorting out your defence.

At present Baker seems to be getting in the team because he's half decent at set plays, in the game as a whole, he's a liability, goes missing and rarely makes a tackle or influences the game..

Winning the ball back, getting on the ball and actually playing forward passes, pushing the team forward and generally being a presence in midfield. Basically everything that all our other midfielders are not.
