On making his debut 05 August 2023 against Rotherham United, Sol Sidibe became the first player in football history to represent the same team as both his dad and Mama had played for.

West Auckland AFC won the first World Cup in 1909 and retained it too. I remember a TV series document the tournament or at least I think i do Denis Waterman amongst the stars in it.

The Copa del rey Was won by Motherwell in 1927 beating Real Madrid in the final Hmmmmmm. I've heard this before and it's a load of bollocks really. That year a touring Motherwell team played in an invitational "tournament" (a grand name in itself, they only played two games) and won a trophy presented by the king of Spain. But it was really nothing to do with the Copa del Rey, which was played among the Spanish teams as usual and won by Real Unión.

Terry Henfleet is the only player to have played for Stoke City, Barcelona, PSG and Crewe Alex. His career was sadly cut short due to a changing room accident whilst at the Alex.
