Thank you for a bit of positivity, I think we've played well over all and been the better team, yet almost all the posts seem to be slagging our players off. It's an absolutely terrible game of football but I'm positively happy with a draw. That ok for balance? Our players are playing as poorly as their players 👍🏼 |

Hoever, Campbell and Laurent frustrating to watch.
Often do a lot very well. And then a piss poor touch, shot, pass etc.
Better team, PNE don't look very good. 3 points for the taking here.

No-one's been terrible except Burger when he was on his 'get my yellow early' mission in first 15-20. Laurent frustrating but at least puts himself about. |

How does Burger get a yellow card for that (the same penalty as being pushed over)? Makes zero sense. If one is a yellow, the other is a red. I agree with this, but it was still stupid. At least as bad as Pearsons second yellow last game. Now we have neither in the next game, and have to rely on Thompson. Idiotic. Whiteman should have been sent off. Clearly violent, but Malcom says the refs aren't biased... Yeah, right. |

We are not getting enough bodies up when we do get into attacking positions.
There is little support for Campbell really and he is not a lone striker. Otherwise I think he has done well.
I think we have done alright overall.

Good in defence, but we are a man more there (3 vs. 2 PNE forwards) so it isn't surprising.
Bring Million on for Laurent, we need another quick tricky player on for counters.

Ive watched them a few times, they are not always poor and I think we have restricted them really well.

I’d still take a draw today, but the win is there for the taking if we continue to play as we did and take one of our chances. That said, I’m expecting Preston to step it up significantly in the second half, they have a decent record at home and we clearly haven’t seen them anywhere near their best so far today. |
