Thoughts? Personally it’s a silly idea Klopp brought with him. I used to be a fan but I’ve just watched Russell Martin do it and I’m out. Run off down the tunnel and throw sly digs at Lineker in a post match interview, let the players take the accolade - seems to be a craze these #bringclassback 😂

Chris Kamara did it to the boothen end before every game when he was manager. He lasted 14 games

They take enough flack that isn’t thier fault, now you don’t want them to enjoy the positives when they get them.
Only the oatcake.

Don't mind it after a properly big win, like on Wednesday, where the emotion is genuine
Becomes a bit tedious when it's after a 1-0 win against Barnsley

Nowt wrong with seeing a bit of passion from a manager who's doing a good job.
Take passion out of the game as well as everything else they're trying to change and we will be left with a sport we don't recognise.

It’s cheesy and cringeworthy, but I have a soft spot for slightly mental managers.

Wouldn't mind seeing it from Schuey at the end of every game because that would mean we had won every game. One at the end of today's game will be a start 🤞

There’s celebrating and there’s celebrating. The other shows a total lack of class. Arteta is a prime example of classless twat

He can jump into the stands and give everyone a big sloppy kiss if he gets us enough wins to be safe this season.

He's been desperate to give the fans a home win and we got it in arguably our biggest game of the season. He had every right to let it out, this hasn't been an easy club for any manager.

Depends on the scenario
After every win it would be tedious but seeing as we never win. Its fresh and new every time

There is definitely more pressure on managers these days.
Though its relatively well paid compared to most, it is not exactly a 'steady job'

Fist pumping? Isn't it something like 25 games unbeaten for Southampton? If that was us I'd be cupping Ste's bollocks. They are on some run and Martin has done a fantastic job.
