Options on the bench. That’s all I can say 😳 Think it would be different if not for recent early goals against. Can’t guarantee it not happening of course, but no doubt keep it tight and if needed bring options on later on.

I think Vidigal is unlucky, he tried from beginning to end Saturday, trying to make things happen.. Isn't he Ryan Mmaee's best mate though, it maybe death by association?

Can’t see that team scoring, can’t see us keeping a clean sheet ......I’m off down the pub.

A very very unhappy Vidigal as he ignored a lot of supporters and kids outside Very unlike him - one of the more approachable players. Shame if he’s being alienated to accommodate what looks to be a mad scientist’s cheese-dream induced experiment. Or a case of, stop being a moody little Sod of a player as it’s a team game and everyone should be in it together.

I truely hope that those long suffferers who have gamely gone to the match get a rousing team performance and a victory to push us on.. but I doubt it VERY,VERY much. This one pushed the panic button much earlier than any of the others . I'm lost for words now. Desperation or looking for a quick exit and compo? Please prove me wrong!

Another "chuck enough shit at it, and hope some sticks" selection from a manager who is increasingly looking out of his depth.
Let's hope some shit actually sticks tonight.

I just don’t see where the goals are coming from.
It’s got 0-1 / 0-2 written all over it.
Hope I’m wrong.

Sohail has just given a 90-second breakdown on the formation, so he must have had a detailed briefing.
He again says we'll start in a 3-4-1-2 - with Baker (rather than Cundle) being the 1 behind Bae and Ennis
But with the flexibility for Bae to drop deep alongside Baker
And he says they will have the option of switching back to 4-3-3
Hoever-Rose-McNally-Thompson will be the back 4, with Tchamadeu slotting into the middle 3, with Baker and Bae splitting either side of Ennis.
Which sounds odd

may as well of stuck with Gally and Shawx. At least the players knowing them might've tried to do ok for 'em, plus they'd seen the players all season and would have an inkling about what was going on behind the scenes. This demise is just too painful to watch or listen to I'm afraid.

Does he pick formation via Magic8 ball and players the sorting hat or formation via sorting hat and players with Magic8 ball?

It doesn’t fill me with confidence that the players understand what the manager is asking.

Same players in 4-3-2-1 would be my choice.
Hoever and Junior at FB and Cundle/Junho behind the striker.

Flooding the midfield with a 3-6-1 to overrun them, let’s see how it goes hoping Baker willl be the number 10 though or maybe Bae and Baker behind Ennis I think we had to flood the midfield against a team playing 4-2-3-1, we would leak goals again had we gone 4-3-3. Hopefully we keep it tight at the back. I think we can get something out of the game tonight and stop the rot.

It doesn’t fill me with confidence that the players understand what the manager is asking. Me neither, keep it simple with this set of players. They've shown they are thick as mince, so trying to get them to switch shapes in and out of possession is a recipe for disaster. Honestly I feel like's he has lost the plot and is switching formations/players from game to game. How are any of them going to develop a decent relationship on the pitch with this approach?

I’m going to say it for the first time as I like Schumacher, however it’s starting to feel all too familiar.
Starting to feel very Nathan Jones.

Got to feel sorry for the guy - the pressure must be immense. But chopping and changing in panic hoping to stumble on a winning formula is the absolute worst thing he can do. He needs to pick a team and a system and stick with it, we would all accept that and see what he was trying to do. This feels like an NJ fever dream.
