He was probably our best player, causing a threat and growing into the game I thought. Also looked really up for the physical battle, which is very welcome considering he’s in a team with DJ and Wilmot. Wasn’t that impressed with him to be honest mate but it’s early days Yeah and that’s fine. Don’t get me wrong I’m saying he was probably a 5 v everyone else 3.

Where are the supporters championing Alex Neil and Pearson as 'just what the club needs'? Disappeared from this board.
StS is looking out of his depth, sad to see. Problem is we have a Chairman who has been out of his depth for 6 years so nothing will change.
Martin and Dublin should be shown the door tonight. What an abysmal squad.

Had Baker been on, it is very likely that he would have scored our penalty and brought it back to 3-2. After that anything could have happened. Goals change games.

A season that started with such promise with the lifting of the Bass trophy… I’d kill for days like that again.

Stats? Wow what a hypocrite. Glad you’ve finally gotten there tho. Stats for the win!! I wasn’t aware of the clean sheet record, but it doesn’t surprise me. The defence was awful before Wilmot got injured and it’s even worse now he is back, Rose and McNally have to play together if it’s a back 4. I’d be tempted to go with wing backs though and play all 3 of our CBs due to the LB situation.

I have been repeating the same thing ad nauseam
And will continue to do so
And it is the only solution to this club which is morbidly I’ll
For once do the right thing
No more lussu appointments of British managers who will be all too happy to obey your beck and call
Get a proper continental manager who will take charge of this club
Who will have the balls to tell the simpleton in charge to go and play with his toy trains and leave the club in his hands
Who will give an identity to this club and to its football
It is the only solution
Sick and tired of English, welsh and other incompetent managers
You are just not good enough
Schumacher is very good at riding a bike and driving it at 35km/h
But not good enough to ride a motorbike at its speed limit
This is plain logic and anyone with some grey matter between his flemmin ears can see it
And if you don’t the you have tile IQ of a fuckin bar stool

It's bizarre because I don't rate Rose or McNally but the stats don't lie.
Ever since Wilmot has returned the defence has turned to absolute dogshit and I don't directly blame him either. It's just a fact.

Just when you don't think it can get any worse it does. Not sure what they do in training as defence is non existent. Big mistake not signing a number 1 keeper in the summer. Why did we give contract extensions to our existing keepers that are not good enough complete desperation. If Clark is a leader in defence why isn't he on the pitch. We have no left back who is fit enough to play just players who we keep playing in that position who are not good enough. We should now play 5 at the back until we have enough points.

TP would come in and fail instantly. He doesn’t have the ability to control a squad like this. He can’t play two banks of four anymore and he’d get arrested for head butting Vidigal in the showers. Not necessarily. He'd sort Gooch McNally Rose and Wilmot into a cohesive unit. Pearson and Thompson in the cage. Leris on right Burger centre and Million left Mmaee or Ennis up front. Go on Tone. Not one part of me thinks Pulis would play Gooch at the back. This is a man who had a war chest and still decided that Shotton was sometimes our best winger (and even striker). It would be: Wilmot McNally Clarke Thompson Junior Burger Pearson Gooch Wesley Ennis The team would fall to pieces because you can’t play how Pulis wants his team to play anymore. None of those players have likely ever played in a two banks of four. They’d all be on yellows from aggressive tackling and MOST importantly, we’d never score because there’s no one in that team capable of taking a good set piece and no one capable of winning a 50-50.

Did Campbell walk down the tunnel not to come back after the 5 subs were made?

There is nothing positive about this club at the moment at all. A manager who is trying to fix extreme squad indiscipline in a totally naive way. Indiscipline brought about by some of the worst recruitment we've ever seen. Itself brought about by an apparent lack of distance between the previous management and transfer staff. Itself brought about by board incompetence over the course of a decade. There's just no fixing this - set coordinates for Burslem. Neil had no problems with indiscipline In a sense. There must have been indiscipline but presumably he had no problem with it. I wouldn't want to spend ten minutes with this group of players.

So because I can interpret stats I can’t watch a game and understand what’s going on? They’re not mutually exclusive 😂 Only you believe your own bullshit you know. You also don’t understand hypocrisy so I’m not wasting time engaging with someone that can’t grasp that.

Just seen the video of Burger going to the crowd after the final whistle. In some ways a commendable thing to do, but not sure if it was a wise thing to do.
After having to confront that TOXIC atmosphere I would not be surprised to see him elsewhere next season.

Not read many posts on this as too pissed off as it is, my two penneth for what it’s worth, ss poor selection, if he thinks that’s our best side then we’re certainly going down, ss tactics I assume had both full backs high up the pitch & therefore leaving wilmot & mcnally exposed to Blackburn’s tactics, burger aside every outfield player first half need get fit, learn how to pass & control a football otherwise we’re definitely down!!
