I think the biggest sign we’ve already seen a turnaround under Schuey is we can win this and feel a bit underwhelmed. I honestly think there been a lot more to enjoy about this than the average AN match. Ok not a good game but multiple good moves, times where we had people in their box and the feeling that a chance could be coming.

Schu is light years ahead of AN. Feel for him right here, you just know he's barely avoiding a heart-attack here but not showing it externally.

Rotherham have done everything in their power to turn it into a scrappy turgid game. Stoke have been trying hard to play some actual football, think they've mostly been doing well

Another 5 games and surely the players will be better at implementing what they’re being asked to do.

Standard yellow for Pearson (ffs) he isn't a patch on Nick Powell for shithousery without being carded, Nick would be drawing a foul and spending 5 minutes putting his boots back on

My negative from this one is that with Schuey's aggressive play I'd hope that when we get ahead we'd exploit them going for it. Didn't work out today, let them get on top. But like you say, players should learn.

Mmaee is quality, should’ve had an assist today with that flick to Vidigal. He has had a tough time against their old fashioned CB but he has still done alright, definitely our best option up front. Quality? I don’t think he’s broken sweat! Sweating is not the sign of a good striker.
