Picking up the away shirt today so thought I’d go have a look, seems they’ve fenced it off and started putting up some of the “awning” structures.
Some shipping containers in place as well.
Seems a missed opportunity to not have to open for the Euros but still better than a mini bus park.
Looking forward to it opening

You just need to show a match ticket to get in. Not sure if they’re allowing away fans in or if it’s home fans only. |

I went the fan assembly the other night asking about ideas for the fan zone plus other things Stoke City are trying in the new season, one was street food kiosks (like Hull). Ideas to decorate the south stand & create a yellow wall (Dortmund) vibe.. The corner outside where the away fans will enter the turnstile will have a couple of street food kiosks & possibly a very small area. If the fan zone is successful by Ricardos, the club could invest in another fan zone behind the South Stand. |

don't like the flags? simple, email them and say so constructively, rather than "it's shit". They're literally asking for your opinion and to get engaged with their ideas.
Personally i think it would be good to have flags on one stand.
I stand by my opinion that no other city's population is as afraid of change, than it is in stoke.
you could give someone a free cup of tea and a portion of chips and they'd still moan.

Etc, Simon King and his team are doing an amazing job of bridging a fan club divide. |
