I’m quite partial to chocolate in most of its forms dark or milk chocolate. But over the last couple of years I’ve noticed that many of the usual brands like cadburys milk chocolate bars, chocolate buttons and more have started to put a hideous layer of soft yucky caramel in them. The last resort was last night I popped into Morrisons on the way to watch the Equalizer 3 to get a bar of my favourite Whispa milk chocolate bar. Imagine my horror when biting into it realising that Cadbury had recently poisoned it with this filth. Why do they do it, is it cheaper to make chocolate bars 30% filled with this muck. It certainly makes me look closer when buying chocolate bars. Anybody else fuming at this, think I might write to the Plymouth Herald.

Galaxy caramels are a thing of beauty in those Christmas tins, which went on sale last month

How can anyone not like caramel? Especially when partnered with chocolate. Love a Cadbury's caramel or Whisper Gold me. 😋

At least with Rolos you know what you’re getting for the last 60 years and can steer clear of them. It’s the sneaky trick to force the putrid stuff on you like milk chocolate buttons that are full of poison.

The storyline is good but typical of 1 & 2. Just think the gory detail of the violence is unnecessary unless it’s your thing. I’ve watched violent movies such as Mission Impossible that get the point over without seeing a 9mm pointed at a head which explodes all over or a hatchet buried in someone’s skull. Still enjoyed the theme of helping communities and people threatened by violence. Denzil Washington is perfect for the roll of Robert McCall.

Strange thing to recall but I remember him mentioning it years ago Yep, I guess if not a caramel fan then easily done with Wispa. There used to be a bar called Secret I absolutely loved

Have you people with these chocolate/caramel prejudices never eaten a Twix? 😐 Don't agree with the caramel inclusion in chocolate digestives tho, definitely with Salop on that.

We're in the process of making salted caramel 'KIND' bars for MARS, it has to be one of the worst ingredients to work with I can think of, tastes great though. 🙂

Just the sort of opinion I'd expect from somebody openly admitting to watching Equaliser 3, and paying to do so!
The Wispa Gold is the pinnacle of chocolate bars. Was the gleaming, gold wrapper not a give away?

Chocolate is shit. The most overrated food ever to exist.
Some saucisson, olives, dry roasted nuts, or decent salami is much better.
Yeah, I'm over 40.
Edit: peppers stuffed with cream cheese or cheese blocks with celery salt, also much better.

And how did you not notice that wispas are in an all blue wrapper (as they always have been since they've been your favourite chocolate) and Wispa golds are in a completely all bright gold wrapper? Sounds less of a chocolate bar issue and more of a you making a mistake issue tbh mate
